Doing this on easy for me was a nightmare i couldnt do it no matter what i tried for 3 hours. I tried to do it with a duo partner and it was the easiest thing ever. He didnt even have a combo team but it still worked at max he did 4 combos while i was tanking and doing 7-8 combos. Important is you be the tanker and the healer and the other guy needs to have only a sakura so he doesnt die before you get to the 3rd round. I went like this

Manually play it without using heal or atleast using it 1 time but be sure to have it ready when hanzo does his mistery. Shizune sounds kind of hard but what would be the best way is do 1 mystery at a raund which shes taken some dmg and then do another mystery at the start of the next round before she gets the chance to heal. THen once to 3rd round nuke out karin with mysteries and then keep on damaging hanzo. Kabuto will keep spawning clones to the middle row which i left empy on purpose so they tank the dmg and voila its all done! 61 when i tried doing it solo and failed. now that im 63 i can solo it with the saem formation.
