Your point is? If you were to point out that shisui appeared several months after gnw was released in china, which is different to here and were saying anything is possible then I agree. However, I'm just trying to point out a timeframe of ninja releases in China to prep even if it is not 100% correct. We used to be to track via Germany but now we can't.

That's why in my first comment of this post I talked about Oasis's past history of releasing ninjas earlier than expected. I would then use an estimated time that it was released in China as a baseline. So winter 2018 should be the release date based on release dates in China but knowing Oasis, it would be sooner. If you were to just say it can come at any moment, it doesn't help people like OP and the person above this comment who might not know a baseline of when madara could come.
