I know that it was mentioned before that there will be no server changes/transfers because it would be unfair if you joined a server that just recently came out and appeared with a level 60+ but, I believe that you can add the feature to change servers but at the maximum 1 time and you can only transfer to a server that has been around for more than 1-2 months. I also think that this will be another way that you can profit if you decided to charge people to change their server once(Ex. 2500 ingots to transfer servers...once a lifetime) Ofcourse many people will accept this and either they will decide not to change servers or they will decide it's worth it because they either ended up in the wrong timezone server when they started and they've already gotten far along the leveling process before they realised it and didn't or don't want to have to start over from level 1 again. I am also and example of someone who has been put through this but it doesn't affect me as much because the server I was put into is only 3 hours behind.
