Hi! It depends on who you want on first position. Some players like having Edo Tensei Deidara being first position, while others like Kisame [Shark Mode] for the mystery barrier break, while others like Earth Grudge Kakuzu. Depending on which you want to have as your first position, would in most cases determine the one you want to stack your initiative and power.

Do I lose out dmg if I do it on kakuzu? Currently it is on deidara

As of right now its best to have deidara pos 1 kisame pos 2 main pos 3 and kakuzu pos 4
