The pull system is jacked up to say the least, I'm over 1100 seals into GNW treasure and still no super rare aka Naruto Kurama mode or Madera. I posted a similar post in another section and the replies were informative as well as daunting. Plus in all those pull I'm still one rare short of finishing the collection! I hate to say but the CN version/servers have better treasures and the functions are virtually the same as on the US server.

Pakura and Toroi may have the purple symbol, but they aren't rares.

Though, you should've gotten a rare by now, 100 scrolls in is definitely more then 50-70. Something isn't right...
