You c*e Hinata Dreamworld for now since you don't have any ninjas that have stat buffs at this moment, since Hinata can be buffed by Shisui's barrier and also from Iruka's buffs, while Hinata's passives grants her additional Nin/Atk from having another female unit in your team which is your Main so you can opt to pick the WindMain's Passive2-2 to give additional buff to Hinata (i dunno if that's already available at your current level) ..

But Hinata has her own female passive.

Therefore she deals extra 13% more. I think it's 13%. I don't remember.

can you make 30 hit to use hinata dw chase ?

im not sure fighting 9 tails with shisui is good idea..he gonna dodge all the attcks and survive until 10 rounds..i usually auto when fighting 9 tails so i use asuma WB instead..
