Now my understanding is complete, the events are actually pretty good! It cater to both the rich and poor way of thinking. The rich see no sense in they poor way of investment. And the poor see no gain/worth from the rich way of thinking. Oh dear and they are both happy with what they got actually! I guess that's a good thing. XD

Now I'm hungry to see how the trend of the next month shifts in the newer servers. What is the rate of willing people acquiring Hiruzen?
