By my opinion they should give every player fragments for a reasonable rate/value off wheels, I disagree with 80x to 1-2 random participants but its nothing new, it's what they do.

He can be used a support though. Position 1 would be shisui. Everybody talking him as postion 1 ninja which is not entirely true but his buff can support all types of ninja. He also as tanky as hinata (same passive). Edo hiruzen with edo hashirama would be devastating as hiruzen act as support.

Recharging any amount equals spending money. You cannot get ingots back into $$ so hiruzen costs 600 this week, it is not free.

Yes you can convert those 30k ingots into other stuff, but would you have gotten so many ingots any other week? If the answer in no then you are spending those 600$ for Hiruzen.

While people like you buy everything they want there's no shame in getting a ninja from lucky ninja packs or lucky stars wheel for once. I got Hokage Minato from Lucky Stars Wheel at s.881 and ruled with it pretty much until someone took out their wallet. It's not about which ninja you have or not it's about how much money you can throw into the game

Hiruzen is only good if you have a huge power gap with your enemy, which means you need to have at least 20k and above power above your opponent in order to 1 shot them with hiruzen round 1. If you can't do so and your opponent survive after round 1, first thingg they gonna do round 2 is cc your hiruzen and earth main so you can't use earth main's mystery on hiruzen. Third round your team still stays on cc. The other team gonna hit your team to death.
