For Ninja Exams - check YT. There are many videos for each exam and you can't do every exam with one lineup unless you have much higher battle power.

For Ultimate Training - you need enough battle power/initiative and almost every team will work. Try to stack initiative on one ninja to complete speed training faster (the hardest of the three IMO).

For Arena - did you try Wind Main with Sage Naruto, Kurenai and Gaara?
