His buff does stack with Red Lotus Secret. It doesn't stack with Warrior's Killing Intent. Tested this on Kakashi Clones, my FM did 3.8-4.2k without Red Lotus and 5.3-5.8k with Red Lotus.

EDIT: Probably it doesn't work with 5 round buffs, but works fine with 3 round ones.
