  • Are you sure about Wind Dance? I have seen hiruzen used quite a bit with that talent and it's quite strange that so many people in CN (even higher spenders) couldn't realize that the buff isn't working.

the 40% buff to resistance still gets applied, only the 40% to nin no, and considering he self buff resistance that's an huge impact on the damage he would suffer from the enemy.
