ALL the events are like that. the events in this game are heavily biased towards heavy spenders. just look at this weeks recharge events not only do you get a FREE edo Hiruzen but you can then spend the 30k ingots on the sakura gift event and then claim the cat rebate thing. that's 4 birds with 1 stone.
