Hi!
When you get the error, could you by chance type, "hylogfile" without the quotation mark anywhere on the screen besides the chat box (text box). It will prompt you to save a log file. If you can send that log file in with Server ID, UID, In-Game Name, and Screen Shot (with Server ID and Time Stamp). It will help us a lot. You can send it via Customer Service found here.

I am sorry I didn't understand,so when I type hylogfile where can I find the log file?
Hi! When you type "hylogfile" anywhere, EXCEPT in text box/chat box, you will see a save window that pops up to save the log file. Again, I need to stress that you cannot type it regularly in the chat/text box. This must be done anywhere in the Naruto Online client window that is not the text box.
