I wrote a ticket about it on each account providing screenshots of the gold orb from cave key on each account and after almost a week of waiting i get a BS answer that because they could not reproduce the issue i am out of my gold essence. you have log files, you ask for dates, you see gold essence enter into inventory and then suddenly disappear. are you sure you recycled the correct tool with the essences? maybe you recycled something that didn't have them

I am pretty sure that the correct tool was recycled if not i would have a tool with a gold essence attached just sitting there and trust me there isnt.

U need to wait for answer from supp, only thing u can do before they give correct answer is checking if u recycled good tool, or just recycle all tools exept S

Unfortunately, You'll be required to send in a ticket providing the time and issue details for them to be able to access logs and check if the bug occurred.
