People who are willing to pay Money (which non payer also benefit from because that keeps the Game alive) will always have some sort of advantage. But here at least, you can still catch up to a certain point once they reached the Cap, once Ninjas like Pain and others are available in the Shop free for everyone,...
Some features are more Payer driven but that doesn't mean it's out of reach for non-payer, they invest money, you invest time.

Yes it's permanent, it's not an Event but a new Feature like Mood. In the future we will get some Costumes like Bikini, Cat,... they will then probably be Event based where you have to collect Costume frags to unlock them perma ^^~ This post was last edited by SchneeWhite at 2016-9-1 17:50
