It is, it's the time jump/skip outfit (it's called Zeitsprung in German) CN got for their 2nd year anni I think

For future reference, all of the outfits released after the timeskip in China are like this which is nice

I thought before that CN really changed the skins or models of each class, but now i know that the cloths affects the looks of the mains (the image of mains in Character Interface) .. Looking forward to other clothings .. Hope they give out Ichiraku Clothing this coming 2nd anniv .. :D

I call this Gen 3 outfit, being gen 1 stuff like go fukurokumaru outfits which only changes the main outside battle, gen 2 which changes in battle and outside battle skins and gen 3 which affects the icons and such.
