Yes it's true. It shows in Boruto Volume 4.
How she got it? We don't know. She c*e both earth and water.
Her name means "Young tree buds." She could be descendant from Hashirama lineage.
Either Hashirama lineage or Orochimaru experiment, only these 2 methods so far c*e Wood Style.
