no Han does not remove scaling buffs. Ninja's like Edo deidera and both minato or even roshi who increase overtime keep those buffs even when han does his myst because they are counted as a different thing then the buffs han removes

Han's mystery removes what I call immediate buffs which are buffs that do there thing in response to something for a set time be it barrier or shield passive if it does a set thing for a set time like Iruka 50% shield and 30 attack boost Han will remove it but then there's scaling buffs which count as something else since they are triggered by the effect of an effect like jonin minatos attack boost cause by himself chasing knockdown to repulse or edo deidera clay spiders being destroyed this "scaling" buff does not remove at all they just cap out at a point.
