So,a of context. As you may know, good ol Shisui hasbt been in events for months, having since been overshadowed by the likes of Angel Konan and mostly likely soon Edo Hiruzen. My question is, being a f2p and having about 10k coupons and 46 of his frags should i finish him or focus on getting something else?
