I'm absolutely, positively sure that by 'you can acquire some fragments for free' they mean that if the clothing is in e.g. Lucky Dice, then by 'free' they mean points from daily 2 free dices used to buy a few the frags from Lucky Board redeeem shop.

I agree with you, they just test the limits. If whales are willing to pay for the stuff, unline in china, then they're going to go for it, and the rest of us low spenders and free to play will have to get over it as always.

Isn't it more unfair if some costumes are free for a time and people who started playing later weren't able to get them? I think what Oasis does is equality, we ALL have to PAY to get the outfits. Not like in the other version where those who played early get it for free and others who started playing later can not get it at all.

I don't know exactly how other versions work but that's just my "ten cent" on the matter ;)

If you do not like the game's policy, you simply do not support the game you disapprove of with your cash, it's that simple, lol. You give feedback on their events and hope for them to take it into account. There's really no need to insult the game's team, nor other players who have nothing to do with it, otherwise everyone is going to look down on you as you act like an immature person, even though some of your remarks do have a point.
