  • If you are stacked in 1st position of course he is godlike ninja. Also this is situational, if your enemy's team is full member stacked he wont do much , or if the enemy uses a counter team for hiruzen. Always situational , but if you have stacked 1st position he is gonna be a hell of a nightmare!
