Implying you get Legendary Pack from GNW Every Week you can get 40 from that

then 6 from Arena 6 paths
then 8 more from monthly event
then 2 from sign in.

So you can be guaranteed to get 56 a month at least

You can get 10 seal scrolls from the Monthly Event. The rewards reset on the 29th but the points do not until the 1st of the next month. So if you save up 300 points you can get 2 more seal scrolls from the 29th-31st.

Okay but for the arena I have not many good ninja even with my lightning main it's hard to beat people in ranked

Post your available ninjas you have now so that the people here can help you to build a viable team for you to use in Arena :D

A little advice, don't get serious about ranked if you are f2p. It will take some time where you are able to fight compared to your situation at the moment since you need to collect better ninjas snd increase your initiative.

Masked Man. The only ninja annoyed me the most.

You c*so get random seal scrolls drop from Sealed Ninjas.

Always participate sealed ninjas you can get many good prizes twice a day, especially early game for you.

You can get coupons from the daily sign-in(seals also),wishing tree,online pack from the benefit hall,convoy and plunder,9tails invasion,ranked/spacetime when you reach certain ranks,some events like the myoboku trial,lucky *,and wheel of fortune have coupons in them(seals also and i think are the only events that have coupons in them.The lucky stars wheel and the great plates event gives seals),lucky wheel in the group base,summon capture,kakashi ninjutsu trial,anko's ninja test(there's a chance of 20 coupons),konoha's ninja puzzle(there's a chance),lucky board has 5 coupons,when you recruit a certain amount of ninjas,you can get 50 coupons,the bond level ninja thing in "Home" which some ninjas gives seal frags,there's a chance survival gives coupons and seals (so far,i've gotten 10-30 coupons and idk how many seals),and the cat quiz gives coupons.Great Ninja War packs,when you do sealed ninja(there's a chance),and "Monthly Event" gives seals too,if you go to "Space Time",then go to "Strongest Ninja" and click on "Redeem",that little shop gives seal frags which you can only get 1 frag per day for 5k bet chips.The weekend events gives coupons and seal scrolls too.

Okay I currently have 5 seal scrolls and 205 coupons when should I stop gathering coupons and seal scrolls?

There's no limit when it comes to gaining Coupons and Seal Scrolls, collect and save as much as you can until you reach your desired amount of resources .. But if i'm gonna give an exact number, then you may opt to save up to 300 Seal Scrolls and use it when we have Recruitment Feedback (Rebate) to maximize the value of your Seal Scrolls and gain more Seal Scrolls .. You can save up to tens of thousands of coupons too if you want, and spend it when you find a good deal in events or if you buy a certain ninja or item that you really wanted, but you may choose to wait for the event Fukurokumaru Event too where you can get great deals of Rebate ..

Note : When it comes to this 2 words - Coupons and Ninjas, you need to be careful, if you really want a certain ninja, then but his/her fragments in events and do not spend in RNG events where you will take risk of ending getting nothing .. But if your aim and goal is just to get or piece a certain item in that Event's Redemption Store then go and spend some .. It's hard someone to lose all your savings in a RNG event, they all end up regretting and ranting here in forums sometimes ..

GNW Hinata is alright in Arena since she is very blitzy. So if you get say Darui, LM, GNW Hinata with Asuma WB, you can deal a lot of damage. Alternatively you could go Water Main for poison tai with GNW Hinata.
