One of the teams I can suggest for arena is running Lightning main, Kimimaro and Sasuke along with one ninja who can buff them (Iruka, Jugo, Danzo etc). I remember when I was around your level, I had chosen wind main as my first character and these root teams used to frustrate me all the time.
