  • Been playing online games for more than 10 years now . And it safe for me to say that you have no idea about balance . the only balance changes that may be needed is adding a c*ra cost to dance of impetus , remove the splash damage of shishui , remove the 40 percent res buff of minato and maybe the rework of all extra attk mechanics

Do this matter for how much u play online games? Dance of impetus is unbalanced, and cancers aren't?:p
