That said you may hope to win if you are able to hard hit in round 1 kushina or water main.

Remember that kushina can be comboed and a blitz team is able to nuke her.

For example the old mb blitz team with darui, mifune, iruka is perfectly able to nuke kushina on par power, unless there is a wide difference in overstacking between yours and his move 1.

A relatively easy to gain team that let you beat it by hard hitting water main in round 1 is ay 3rd, samui, darui with azure fang with skewering and experimental ninjutsu.

Other teams that let you win there are heavy ignition ones like madara + shisui + sb or cf + edo deidara + jinpachi.

EDIT: considering your current ninjas your best option is CF, Minato Hokage, Iruka, Asuma Wind Blade with Asuma as the lowest hp ninja.
