Be sure to always target kushina, so you will interrupt her casting. Thanks to hashirama they won't have the chakra to cast kushina's mystery again for this turn. Since your kushina will be the one with lowest HP, she'll be the target of the enemy kushina's auto, giving you a way to keep spamming her mystery and for the enemy to waste their CC's.
