  • Without any combo buff stacks unless minato is move 1 is very unlikely, even at comparable power, that he triggers the chase and so that he gets the cd reduction, if we are talking about an overstacked ay is almost impossible so do not bet on it.

jonin minato doesn't need to trigger the chase for the reset i think, as long as he does a combo it'll reset, unless you mean if he is able to proc his combo on a stacked ay is another thing.
