Well, think about it when Ay 4th gets skillbooks he will still get immobilized (and debuffed) by Masked Man just as easily, and if you are playing Wind Main with Reset Coodown you can immobilize him the next round as well OR, you can play Fire Main who at that point can immobilize immune & pure immune ninjas.
That being said Fire Main with modified mystery + Shisui + Masked Man and let's say Jonin Minato with bonds mystery = no problem.

Unless it owns 7k+ control than enemy masked man. Who does use masked man as move 1?
Hmm, you realize Ay 4th Mystery gives more standard attacks, it's not prompt, you wait for him to do it and immobilize after, removing his immunity and buffs.

u clearly dont understand about it. Do u think an expert player will use lightning main? no, they will use earth main double attack mystery to cleanse the debuff. Even if u use fire main immobile mystery, it wont do much damage to 4th raikage team. In round 2 or 3, u will be a dead meat lol. Not to mention there is Samui and Yamato anbu for interrupt/immobile lol. 4th Rakage defense and damage will be heavy buff with chakra lol, and he can do mystery every round lol
just accept the defeat of ur team hk minato iruka kurenai wind main
Lol trust me, when he comes, Masked Man + Fire Main + Jonin Minato + Shisui/Iruka will be too much for him.
Masked Man will immobile him and remove Samui's buff + Earth Main's buff, Fire Main will have genjutsu mirror + immobile mystery and an experienced player will never get interrupted.
Jonin Minato can round 1 cause paralysis, so no more combos for that team too. Shisui will round 2 chaos (barrier bonus is nice too), or Iruka will be there for buff/shields and it's still more than enough to defeat that team.
I also forgot to say that at that point sleep will be more widely used than that AOE fire standard.

Ehm, lets say he goes with MB + samui + darui.
He just waits to see what happens in round 1, hoping samui or darui (almost granted) start a combo if ay doesn't directly start it on your main.
At that point you are in his hands.
Beware that minato is almost for sure in front of ay so doesn't get the cd reduction in round 1.
Uhm... you can still 3hit combo with standard attack and trigger Jonin Minato's Mystery cooldown reduction.
And that team is literally counter to any Ay 4rth Raikage team with all the skillbreakthroughs in the world, he is just bad vs CC. And that one does a hefty amount of damage too.
