....and you have yet to provide an actual "useful" option that replaces current desired lineups. Face it, he is a niche ninja at best, but overall, about as useful as the many, MANY level 1 ninjas that you haven't bothered to lvl and cultivate. He is TOO reliant on too many variables that unless you are a big spender (or top dog in a new server) aren't realistically going to utilize. So lets break it down:
Useful? No.
Viable? No.
Replaceable? Yes.
Worth going for? No.
If you got him as a byproduct when you were spinning for giggles or Sasori, then awesome, you got something for free......personally I wouldn't recruit him and wait to pull him in the edo jinhuriki draw (when released) to 4 star him.....because he really isn't worth rushing to recruit now.

I stated what he is meant for, which is to BUFF jinchuriki. What you choose to run him with is up to you.
So he is useful, he is viable and replaceable not so much, At least not until we get Edo Fu for *ternate barrier.
Again, his BUFF is only in effect if you can maintain barrier. Sadly you won't. Therefore, he is useless. Most people either run barrier breakers, or cancel barriers. THEN there is the fact that unless you are literally the creme de le creme in your server/group of servers, you won't even win barrier battle when matched up against another barrier user.
THIS is what makes him either a NICHE ninja at best case scenario or completely useless at normal situations.
So yes, my assessment still stands that he is replaceable, isn't viable, and certainly not worth spinning for. He just isn't worth it.
