Hinata GNW + Light Main + Iruka + Asuma Wind Blade, the only decent team you can have at the moment imo.

WindMain with Sage Naruto, Gaara and Kurenai or Gakido

FireMain with Sage Jiraiya, Iruka and Asuma

You lack in Barrier Ninjas, you have no Mei Terumi for Water Tenten Mabui Teams, no Darui for full blitz team .. WaterMain is not for you at this moment if you really want to win in arena .. And try to get Roshi if you really want to * with WaterMain, replace useless Jinin with Roshi and rearrange the positioning of your ninjas and you'll be fine ..

For me, WaterMain with Fuguki, Yagura and Kurenai is not a good option, since you'll lack the main Offense ninja, Fuguki's damage is not that high .. Now with that FireMain, you can team-up Sage Jiraiya (since Jiraiya is a Fire Ninja) and Sage Naruto with Iruka but much better to run this team with WindMain so you can Impestus your skills and barrage your opponents ..

You can make quite a few lineups depending on what main you want to use. Unfortunately, you didnt provide your summons, but there here are a couple of lineups that I have used for a few mains.

Wind Main, Itachi Anbu, GNW Hinata, GNW TenTen. Skills: 32114, Snake Summon.

Water Main, Mei, Ao, Chojuro. Skills: 32112, Gamaken Summon. (You could swap out Ao for *etsu if you want)

Water Main, Mei, Sailor Sakura, Gakido. (Water main position 1) Skills: 42334, Monkey King Summon.

Earth Main, Pakura, Fu, Sage Naruto. Skills: 33421, Summon Flood Dragon.

Here, you have some options to choose with the skills, for WindMain (The Passive in the picture is wrong, the simulator has a bug i think, it supposedly Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu, but it showing Queen Momentum when i downloads it) .. You can choose between Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu or Natural Draining ..

For FireMain, you c*e Sealing Jutsu - Seal of Red Lotus and Feather Illusion Jutsu for the Standard Attack if you wanna go Control type ..

Nice .. Congrats bro .. Roshi is much better to be used with WaterMain, together with Sailor Sakura and Fuguki .. but you can @lso use him with WindMain, Fuguki and Kurenai(Fully Skillbroken) ..

NOTE : WindMain's Passive 2 is Multi Shadow Clone, the simulator somehow has a bug and shows wrong icon

NOTE 2 : Put all your highest leveled Runes and Magatamas, specially the Life, Atk, Def and Nin Magatamas and Initiative, Injury, Critical, Combo and High-Refine Level Equipments to Roshi .. Make his Mood also atleast 45% but much better if you can make it to 65% life .. In this way, you can make your Roshi tanky. Check your Inner Gates too, make sure to give him Water(Life) rune and other like Def and etc ..
