FIrst ninja u put on the field gets the best stuff and so on i think or they get the items based on who has what on ur everyday formation.I dont care enough to check so dont take my word for it tho.

Hi! I just confirmed with the team to be sure. The equipment for each ninja in your lineup is the average stats for all your equipment. The only thing that is not an average is your Treasure Tools.

For me, outside of Matsuri I just remembered the way I "placed" my ninja, even when I swapped ninjas but if I placed the same position as previous then I know which ninjas have what.

You can't remove your main anyway. So my main would be either Pos 3 or 4, which those don't really matter to me, unless there are other conditions that main has to be Pos 1 or 2. Therefore I do the same for Matsuri other than I would put main first before other ninja. The reasons why I do the same because I'm a bit afraid to lose my Pos 1 init and stats to somewhere else.

Regularly check and correct your Treasure Tools.

I do the same for Ranked Battle and it works for me that's why I was wondering if I would work the same for Matsuri, thus you can check your equipment for RB.

If Jib said each ninja holds a mean stats, then that's cool.

Considering what Jib said...its probably the average INT between all your equipment divided by the number of ninjas you have in a team. So, say you have 6000 INT pos1, 5250int pos2, 4575 int pos3, 4235 pos4. Int in matsuri for all your characters would be (6000+5250+4575+4235)/4= 5015 INT for all positions. You can increase that INT by equipping treasure tools.

If this was true what happened to me yesterday should not have happened.

I fought a guy from my server that has 8000 total initiative more than me (all stacked in move 1, the other moves own more or less my same initiative). This means that if what they told you is true he should beat me in every slot regardless what treasure tool i place since my best one grants less than 2000 initiative (has 3 level 9s, and yes, was placed in my move 1, obviously).

How is, then, that both my move 2 and 3 moved before his move 2 and 3?

P.S. if this was true then every move 1 overstacker should deliver close to no increased move 1 damage to spreaders of comparable power but who knows why this does not happen.
