For me, outside of Matsuri I just remembered the way I "placed" my ninja, even when I swapped ninjas but if I placed the same position as previous then I know which ninjas have what.

You can't remove your main anyway. So my main would be either Pos 3 or 4, which those don't really matter to me, unless there are other conditions that main has to be Pos 1 or 2. Therefore I do the same for Matsuri other than I would put main first before other ninja. The reasons why I do the same because I'm a bit afraid to lose my Pos 1 init and stats to somewhere else.

Regularly check and correct your Treasure Tools.

I do the same for Ranked Battle and it works for me that's why I was wondering if I would work the same for Matsuri, thus you can check your equipment for RB.

If Jib said each ninja holds a mean stats, then that's cool.
