You get 88 keys + one level 5 rune. If you buy the pack at the normal price, 900, for the rebate meanings only that pack would be worse than buying 9 of the 10 special key packs at 100 coupons since they would grant you 90 keys + up to 9 more keys, so, for the same price, rebate-wise, the first option grants you 88 keys while the other 90-99.

But if you go by Cp....

800 cp gets you 8/10 special key packs, that grants you 80-88 keys.

vs 799 cp that gives you 88 keys + lvl 5 rune.

This pack is better. But save it till rebate, and if you want, top up 100 cp for the extra 11 keys.
