So basically... After I've noticed few waaaay to obvious people with alts, and some that I just suspected (which turned out to be alts after all) I had a discussion with my group mates, if someone has alts on the same server and uses them at the same time, is it legal or not?
(Like let's say they use alts to get to arena top faster, chase them in battlefield, or have them for convoy runs)

I'm not gonna report anyone, but my group mates say it isn't since otherwise client wouldn't allow simultanious entering to different accounts, from same IP and same client instance.

Yes, I used to play Triple Triad Advance, if you had more than 3 alts, you'd get banned, 3rd alt is actually clan account, so you were allowed 2 at most. If you logged in with both at the same time, you'd get banned. Even if you weren't using them to boost the other account.
Also... boosting other accounts by losing on purpose was also gonna get you banned if you've done it multiple times, so...

I didn't play as many browser MMOs tho... so I don't know.

As I said there's no need to report anyone, they're not making any troubles or anything (I mean what trouble could you make with alt? Increase group's activity? lol Send yourself flowers?).

I was just wondering if it's legal or not.
