I was hoping to do this with wind main though, because of her ability in refreshing Nagato's mystery in round 2.

Problem here is coming up with the 60 chakra while still keeping Nagato in turn 1.

You c*e the same team but with wind main, because there are 3 edo tensei on the field asuma edo will give you 40 chakra instead of 20, so you c*e Nagato in round 1 and start combo. Wind main can proc 4 chases which will give you 60 chakra, enough for Nagato to use his mystery again in round 2 after reset.
