Hey there fellow Shinobi,

I have but a simple question. What the heck does the Blood Limit icon (on characters like Kakashi, Sasuke, Hinata, etc.) mean? If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's an attribute. Basically in the Naruto Universe it means they have an ability that's exclusive to a certain bloodline like the Uchiha, Hyuuga and so on.

In this game, Fire Main has a skill that powers up "Ekkei Bound" ninjas which pretty much refers to Blood Limit Ninjas.
