A superstacked LM blitz could easily deal with this team killing kisame turn 1 (and maybe even tobirama) at similar power.

Running kisame yourself to actually steal back the chakra you have lost could work.

Note that this team is still really strong (it was still used like 2-3 months ago in the chinese space time) and it's really hard to counter if you are behind both in power and initiative.
