You can do this:

S Itachi and Masked Man could be useful here. chaos shark kisame, then immobile on kakuzu grudge. if you're using LM, use sealing slash and target earth main. keep tagerting the lowest HP then you're done. and in R2 chaos on kakuzu grudge.. and keep them control until they down their HP.

kakuzu and konan have low defense, if you could use ninjas with nice damage and 2 standard attacks, and a bit buff then probably he will die for sure with poison tai..

just make sure to keep 3 ninjas in a row,,

Judging from that lineup he must be a super spender and as being a F2P its hard for us to beat players like them even if we have lineup to beat him, we lack power and init

Strategy, lots of strategy.

As someone previously suggested, debuffs may help, sure, Kakuzu can dispel them, Earth can dispel them, but that doesn't leave them invincible to them. Especially if you kill Kakuzu early on or throw the debuffs onto them post-Kakuzu, which is decently easy to achieve if they have more initiative.

Power is a big factor, if they have...lets say 20k more then you....good luck.

10k is more reasonable, but if it's just a couple thousand, they can be beaten.

From the looks of it, they have a round 1 Konan-Kisame team, you could attempt to stop their earth main, effectively stopping the Konan for a round (Due to the fact that that Kisame, even if his barrier comes into play and the sharks die, and eventually provide enough chakra), it affects both sides, thus no mysteries can be played.
