Almost $400 spent in the event, had been hoping for at least 80 frags of tobirama, a ninja worth that cost. Now I'm getting 1000 coupons, 5% of the value, I never would have wasted ingots on this event had I known this was going to happen. In addition, not everyone reads the forums all the time, I don't anymore that's for sure, as soon as the bug became known you should have sent an email in game so everyone could have avoided being effected by it more than necessary.

I'm a big spender, I have over 200k power and all but 12 of the current ninjas out. I was willing to fight for top 3 in this event even if it was cross server, but not if i have to fight blind. Now for all I know I wont get even top 10 rank, and if I saw people spending enough I would have avoided the competition for a more sure thing later down the line. I saved those ingots for 3 months because there was nothing worth spending them on, and now I doubt I will find the desire to recharge knowing that the next thing I think is worth spending on will probably be bugged and be a waste of money.

We've talked about this too. Next time, this information should be mentioned in the even rules as well.

You are currently rank 2 BUT only for your server. In order to get get rewards for rank 2, you will have to rank as TOP 2 for your region.

To the players saying that we knew that the event is cross sever.

First as was already explained, not everyone reads the forums.

Secondly, the crux of the matter here is that we only saw ourselves on the ranking (or players from heir server). Thus we were lead to believe that they were actually first place for several days.

In addition, no warning was sent about the bugged ranking to players in game who remained in the dark until Monday this week. I found a pinned thread in the bugs section which no one ever goes to acknowledging there as a big which was posted on Saturday of last week.

Oasis knew fo the problem but since it made of spend more didn’t deign to notify until Monday afternoon. Now that is the real problem here.

For the older players, remember when there was a bug which gave 80 Susano’o itachi frags just by being in the ranking without waiting till the end of the event? That was fixed in a matter of hours on the day the event was released.

Dear Oasis, If you really want to give us FAIRER ACCEPTABLE refund rebate due to your error. Here is my suggestion:

Top 1: 40% coupon rebate
Top 2: 35% coupon rebate
Top 3: 30% coupon rebate
Top 4: 25% coupon rebate
Top 5: 20% coupon rebate
Top 6 to 20: 15% coupon rebate

That means if the Top 1 player use 500 flowers, that's 500x50x0.4 coupons. = 10,000 coupons. Still not comparable to 100 frags of edo tobirama + Red chakra rune 1 + Purification Breakthrough Pill 1 Which is easily more than 20,000 coupons base off your own price sale for frags + other rewards. I agree with this form of compensation a lot more. If not this, then alter the event to be on each INDIVIDUAL server as the rankings are simply showing them to be.

Even for individual server, 2000 compensation is not much and does not scales to the spending flowers.

They should give a standard range of 10-15% rebate to all who met the rankings imo.

I must've missed where that was said because last I recall it said event is cross server so yes this guy ranks 2nd on HIS server but he won't be 2nd cross server there for won't get edo tobirama frags. I have the same issue im the ONLY person who has over 200 flowers on my own server and probaly wouldn't have invested in the event at all if I could've seen the rankings board. If we're not going to get the Edo Tobi frags for being ranked 1-3 on our own servers then the ingots we spent isn't worth the event. We could've spent them somewhere else in a much better event i.e great plates or w.e comes out this coming week.

Here is solution I came up with.. Everyone who is rank Top 1 to Top 3 in their individual servers, who supposing have chance to meet the Edo Tobirama frags should be compensated if when come to cross server they do not meet the Top 3.

The top 3 in all servers that DON'T meet cross server top 3 will have an additional coupon rebate %, not mere 2000 coupons. That' still bs.

That's the best way for Oasis to move forward.

In your post you said it was for the region, not server. I'm ranked 2 on my server but I have no idea where I am for my region.

EDIT:

If your previous post was in error and we will be getting rewards based on our server ranking, not a ranking we can't see, then I would fix that post and *y that in the news section ASAP. That is what most people here want to see happen after all so you would make us all very happy by doing it.

And so what if it was bugged? It was bugged on YOUR side, not the player one. Players didn't abuse any bugs and they shouldn't be punished for it.
This game is a SCAM now, recommending everyone to do refunds if its possible and SUE these scamming pieces of crap for misleading consumers which I really think should happen.

I agree with that depending on what the compensation would be..It can't be this paltry 1-2k their offering in the forum event thing I mean 200 flowers is 10k ingots minimum or 200 USD it'd have to be something at least close in value not asking for exact value but at least something thats satisfactory
