se on each server ranking not the whole of U.S. East or U.S. West or Europe or Asia/Oceania put together to fight over ranking list just simple who become top 10 on they server win all wanted change the rule to each server who gain on top 10 list win they reward

I am with my fellow players now I didn't spend as much as them but I did recharge for this event and spent my ignots like them for my first time. I will be expecting my Tobi fragments and I only spent after reading the rules clearly. I acquired my 200 flowers+ and am currently ranked 2nd. Oasis this is not a misunderstanding of the rules and every player should receive the reward as such.

Thank you all for your feedback and concerns regarding compensation and its amount. We have decided to increase it and make few changes.
Rewards:
We will have 20 winners in total in this Forum Event + every player that will post their screenshot and application in right format will receive 1 000 coupons .
Each Region will have TOP 5 Winners according to amount of sent flowers.
Top 1: 1000 Coupons + 1 000 (after change 2 000 coupons)
Top 2: 800 Coupons + 1 000 (after change 1 800 coupons)
Top 3: 600 Coupons + 1 000 (after change 1 600 coupons)
Top 4: 400 Coupons + 1 000 (after change 1 400 coupons)
Top 5: 200 Coupons + 1 000 (after change 1 200 coupons)
You no longer need to be ranked in TOP 5 in order to receive compensation (minimum 1 000 coupons), you are required to send at least 200 flowers. Bonus compensation will be send only to TOP 5 ranked players for each region (please check the list above for more information).
that mean i won't get tobirama? i dont understand what happen i spent 51k ingots on this event for be top 1 for get him and now i will get 2k cps for bugs that make me feel so down about this game is not fair dont u think?

Dear Oasis, If you really want to give us FAIRER ACCEPTABLE refund rebate due to your error. Here is my suggestion:
Top 1: 40% coupon rebate
Top 2: 35% coupon rebate
Top 3: 30% coupon rebate
Top 4: 25% coupon rebate
Top 5: 20% coupon rebate
Top 6 to 20: 15% coupon rebate
That means if the Top 1 player use 500 flowers, that's 500x50x0.4 coupons. = 10,000 coupons.
Still not comparable to 100 frags of edo tobirama + Red chakra rune 1 + Purification Breakthrough Pill 1
Which is easily more than 20,000 coupons ba
se off your own price sale for frags + other rewards. Please valuate your own items correctly!!

Yes, exactly. There isn't missunderstanding of the rules, we read it and we have done what is in the rules to obtain the tobirama in the rewards, now i should give that reward to everyone because its the right thing to do.
