I got a Mail from you saying that the Sunflower Covenant is Bugged? I've spent over $*X.00 this week alone to stay on top in that event thinking there was only one person I had to contend with to get the top Prize. Now you're saying there a bug and it's not working right and you're going to give coupons as reward. I SAY NO... I want my 100 Tobirama Frags the Red Chakra pack and the Purification Pill.
You need to keep you customers happy so they'll keep coming back not screw them when you mess up.... This isn't right at all.
You need to eat the loss of this event and reward everyone what is shown on their list and next time make sure something is going to work before putting it out there to be played. ( signed the unhappy customer ) PS. I'm not sure where to post this because the link I was given I can find no where to state my claim. -

I am extremely unhappy with this compromise and will be considering leaving your game and looking into options of law for the money you took with out offering the goods promised. A simple solution to this will be give the digital rewards as you posted in English at the start of the week event cycle when you started taking money for those prizes.

No where in the Rules You Posted for this Event states that it is Cross Server. Give me the Prizes I'm supposed to win at the end of this Event.

Couldn't agree more with you.
they need to be fair for people who spent a lot to get the so called top ranking and yet becoming a bug that "SCAMMED" players
