I dunnow if i heard this correct but i'm pretty sure Daisuke said evry1 per server would get their tobi frags. The coupons are just an extra bonus for the bug in the event. Yall are over reacting. And like the post b4 this one pointed out it was a spending rebate. if u spent just for the tobi frags then ur a friggin idiot. We still got 2 recharge events with substantial coupon rewards. Plus u all got wutever u spent those ingots on. Is it a dissapointment? Yes. Is it bad that peeps might not get wut they spent for? Yes. But is it their fault that u wales were too stoopid to pass up an event? If u say yes to that then pls leave the game.

edo roshi is worthless if u have normal roshi, hes a collector item only, so i would rather have just cave keys instead of edo roshi. tbh i would have spent more than what i did and have gotten more key packs if i knew where i stood on the ranking and was near the top 3. I'm not short on cash and i don't have an issue with paying for what i want, but when my options r fight blindly or retreat, i'm not going to fight an enemy i cant see, i'm going to retreat which makes the event click bait. while the forums said it was a cross server event, they didnt say if it was a server cluster like spacetime or every server in the region, and we have had both types of events, so when i saw no1 spending i thought it was a cluster and no1 wanted to risk it on the cluster since we have a couple really large spenders who between us could have help the top spots easy.

I wasnt misinformed about it being cross server, I did read the forum post. Though many people on my server started saying the forum post must be wrong because no1 outside of our server was on the ranking(and the forum post says in game is correct if it differs from the forum, so yeah). But again, I wouldn't have competed at all if I knew i was going to be blind in it, and I don't think its fair that they are asking us to compete while blind still, we have no way of proving they didn't just add dev accounts to give the rewards to on dead servers now, while if we weren't blind we could see crazy spending and not join in..

No, that is not correct.

There will be only 4 first places (one per region - UK, HK, NY and LA). Same goes about any other rank. That is why this event is cross-server. But if player does rank as rank 1 and also participates in this forum event, player can receive rewards for both events (in-game and forum).

I am really sorry but we are not offering refunds. Even in situations like this. As you mentioned, this is spending event and not recharge event. That means this is only a bonus and you've spent your ingots on something.

You will not be getting rewards based on your server ranking. It is based on cross-server ranking. However, ranking is not displayed correctly. As I mentioned in my previous post, we and developers were not able to fix this issue because it could affect other events as well. We wanted to avoid it. We didn't need to send all these info when you were collecting our money from the so called bug. You guys should have liasons, mods, and a program set up for you to know who recharged and not have to work your players this much over BS compensation.

Why didn’t you notify the players on Saturday when you learnt there was a visual bug and waited till Monday afternoon?

You deliberately held onto information which would dissuade players from spending. Thus, we ask for what we are due, send the top rankings in each server their corresponding reward as is stated in the game.
