Thank you all for your feedback and concerns regarding compensation and its amount. We have decided to increase it and make few changes.

Rewards:

We will have 20 winners in total in this Forum Event + every player that will post their screenshot and application in right format will receive 1 000 coupons .

Each Region will have TOP 5 Winners according to amount of sent flowers.

Top 1: 1000 Coupons + 1 000 (after change 2 000 coupons)

Top 2: 800 Coupons + 1 000 (after change 1 800 coupons)

Top 3: 600 Coupons + 1 000 (after change 1 600 coupons)

Top 4: 400 Coupons + 1 000 (after change 1 400 coupons)

Top 5: 200 Coupons + 1 000 (after change 1 200 coupons)

You no longer need to be ranked in TOP 5 in order to receive compensation (minimum 1 000 coupons), you are required to send at least 200 flowers. Bonus compensation will be send only to TOP 5 ranked players for each region (please check the list above for more information).

Let me explain.

First of all, it was a mistake in my end to use word compensate instead of reward. This forum event and in-game Sunflower event are two completely separate events. Everyone who ranked high enough in their region WILL 100% RECEIVE their rewards according to their rank. Official and final ranking will be posted after event ends. We will check log files and according to that, players will be announced on forum and on our official site. No one will be scammed and everyone will receive their rewards.

We understand the whole problem and your point regarding this event. We have been communicating with developers for the whole week trying to find a solution how we could fix it. Developers were not able to hot-fix this issue. In order to fix this problem, specific actions needed to be taken and they could also affect other events and that is something we wanted to avoid (have more problems than we already have). We understand this might not be the best solution but it was the only solution we and developers could provide at that moment.

Currently, there is a new and fixed version of this event that will be used when this event comes back. We also promise to explain and notify our players more clearly if this event is local based or cross-server based.

Regarding this forum event, this has nothing to do with EDO Tobirama fragments or pills and they are not part of the reward poll. This event is pretty simple. According to your screenshots and information you will provide us with, we will create list of all players from all regions (UK, HK, LA and NY) and we will reward everyone who sent at least 200 flowers to Sakura. Not only that, TOP 5 players from this list (for each region) will also receive bonus coupons. It has nothing to do with rewards from ingame event. However, it is possible to be TOP 1 in ingame event and also TOP 1 in this forum event. It depends on player and if he or she decides to participate in this event as well.

The event was cross server based from the start. It is true, thread was edited to contain this information (at the start it did not state it) but it was edited on the same day as it was posted.

Oh, also let me add. We will be checking logs for this forum event as well. So if someone is scared that it is possible to cheat and edit your screenshot in PhotoShop, yes it is possible but you do not have to worry. We will double confirm if the amount of sent flowers matches the logs.

EDIT: If someone fails to provide us with all needed information, we will have to ignore your application since we won't be able to send you your reward.

We've talked about this too. Next time, this information should be mentioned in the even rules as well.

You are currently rank 2 BUT only for your server. In order to get get rewards for rank 2, you will have to rank as TOP 2 for your region.

No, that is not correct.

There will be only 4 first places (one per region - UK, HK, NY and LA). Same goes about any other rank. That is why this event is cross-server. But if player does rank as rank 1 and also participates in this forum event, player can receive rewards for both events (in-game and forum).

I am really sorry but we are not offering refunds. Even in situations like this. As you mentioned, this is spending event and not recharge event. That means this is only a bonus and you've spent your ingots on something.

You will not be getting rewards based on your server ranking. It is based on cross-server ranking. However, ranking is not displayed correctly. As I mentioned in my previous post, we and developers were not able to fix this issue because it could affect other events as well. We wanted to avoid it. We will post final version of the rankings for all 4 regions. It will announce winners.

Just a small reminder. I see a lot of people posting their screenshots without server date and time. And if someone posts server time, it is as separate screenshot. Also, screenshot should contain full event window, not just small part of it.
