I don't know why you are concentrating just on light main but in later game this lineup might not even get you in top 10. not to mention top 3. As for summon you should realise that by now the only summon worth using in 9-tails is tonton and pakkun mistery.

The very best way to do a ton of damage to 9 tails is by using fire main. And if we are talking about late game then you get a lineup that consists in fire main, iruka, danzo/shisui/hashirama, and asuma wind blade. I cant realy remember the names of the skills but I can say their number from left to right. 1.2.1.3.4. If it is a newer server then this ineup will make you number 1 in 9 tails withot spending coupons for extra power in the event.
