I m not saying Oasis is out of guilt but giving everyone who got first place in their severs the top prize is unfair by a lot of points of view. The best way to compensate this mistake is giving a fair amount of coupons to those who invested in it as some problems were with this event. Like, if anyone remembers, that consumption wheel when it first showed up. There were some peoblems aswell and everyone who took part got like 4-5 coupons per try as reward.

Yeah I know. But I'm lucky though. I'm not one of those who spent to get in the rankings. I bought stuff from shinobi feast that I always buy every time that event shows up. And I got some other stuff that I already planned to get. Getting in the rankings was just a bonus.

It's just too bad they decide to make a 20k ninja for a cross-server prize. He was the prize for recharging 30k last week. And I feel sorry for those who spent just to get in the rankings.

I'm feeling sorry too but when i navigate through the messages in here i saw several people saying you can suit the company and stuff. Well ... is not that easy. You can t bring enough proofs to do something and with this particular event trust me you won t ever win in any country you ll plead.

This situation is a lesson to inform well before doing something and as we all know there were in past several similar things that happened and people should learn from it.

The question is what is correct - website or ingame? If you look on website - they said "everything in game is correct" and then said in game isn't correct. It is shady from my point of view.

And tbh, it is wrong to spend 200 dollars and get nothing back, in a game as well, that's even worse.

It is also wrong that you can't see the cross-server rankings, only rankings in your bracket so you have no idea if you're gonna get anything, it's like burning money.

And this event is not even a whale event, it's a super whale event.

For the reasons above I never ever thought of spending in this particular event, but you guys threw money without even checking, making double sure if it's cross or not.

People shouldn't be required to ask in forums, discords and other things for confirmation. In game there is still no indication that this event is cross-server (besides the mail from Oasis). The miscommunication is unacceptable.

I am one of the people, who didn't spend enough for a place in "rankings" (barely 100 flowers and half of them is from sweeping instances). I was one of the lucky people who checked forum beforehand (I don't check every single event) and decided not to go for it.

Another thing - why should I trust information provided here more than in-game information? A mistake in the post regarding event cycle is just as likely as in-game mistake.

You shouldn't be required to ask in forums, but when you read the in game description and it is ambiguous, almost as if something is missing, then it is common sense to check.

In this case it said Top 10, it could be either Top 10 of your own server, Top 10 in your merged servers, Top 10 cross-server, so don't spend unless you are sure which one it is. It was highly likely it could of been Top 10 cross-server since there have been many events like that before, including this one but I believe it was called Sakura Flowers or something. I don't really know since I disregarded this event instantly as bad.

It is also quite natural to assume that this event is only server wide if after a few days you see 1-2 people in the rankings - only from your server. I'm sure some people don't even know where to look for the information regarding events. And as I said in my last post - how can I be sure that information provided here, in forums is correct?

This was illegal action on your part...right? So I guess it would be fair to put it local (+merged servers)

I have recharged and made mistakes in past but learned from those not to go blindly into events.

Like I said this event is very shady, showing rakings only from your server when it is cross-server, but that also makes it a gambling event, you don't know how much the top player spent and you pay more thinking you beat him and get the good rewards. The chances are so low, from thousands of people you to be the one in top 3.

It clearly caused alot of frustration to all of you, spending money and getting nothing in return, so your reactions are very negative and that is normal. But as long as Oasis specified on forum it is a cross-server event, and in game it is only a visual bug, it wasn't done on purpose, you can't really blame them no matter how shady it is. The shady part isn't the event in game omitting to say it is cross server, but not showing the real rankings.

Let this be a good lesson to you and think before you spend. ;)
