Mihai it would likely fall under deceptive form contract. Though regardless those are the common ones listed. It even states there are more categories and you call to find out if a product, promotion, or deal would fall under false adverti*t. This would certainly qualify. Being a lawyer and all. I'm not saying I'll sue lol I'm just saying I would like 80%coupons back or #1 prize idc which they give I will be happy with either. Hell I would even be happy if they put out a list of event ninjas and allowed us to have 80 frags of it dependent obviously on the amount you spent on this event. :) I'm an easy customer.
