I feel you zama this is seriously messed up and my server has 9 people who were going for the rankings so this compensation is awful.

Didn't spend a dollar in this event - 100 tobirama frags (worth 20-25k) seemed too good for this kind of event.

That said, as a player who recharges monthly quite a bit and partecipate to the so called "p2w events", not supporting this would mean be in the same situation next time they would pull this stunt.

So, even if i won't get anything for this, i truly hope the devs would do something for you.

It's quite clear that there's been quite a few people who have been misleaded by the information given concerning the event. And it seems some1 -no the players- were aware concerning that but or it's been overlooked or they decided not to rectify it for some reasons. What it bothers me the most is the fact the ppl affected by it are the ones which are indeed reckoned as top spenders and the ones who are carrying on this game t be published since the income comes mostly from them. From a business point of view it'd be an awful decisions not to compensate them in another way - not the items sent to any1 since they cant compensate them for sure- since that'd lead to

- people stopping playing

-people stopping spending

-from what i've heard some people are waiting for the outcome of the situation to decide what to do and in case to process a chargeback

It's clear that Oasis would lose a source of income if this situation isn't handled properly and Tencent directly from it depending on the contract they have with Oasis.

I hope you can hand over this feedback to the people who are looking into the matter.

I did not participate in this event because I don't recharge but like other players, I would also like this issue resolved in a fair manner to all players affected. I would like to see how Oasis handles this. Making this a server only event (at this time only) would be the best possible option rather than stand firm on being a cross server event.

I also agree with Zama here, I truly feel tricked and dissapointed. I went out of my way to recharge this week cause it looked like a good opportunity for this event since most people weren't going for it, but now this. I don't see this is any other way as making your players not wanting to recharge.

I really feel like this is not right. This is my birthday week and now after spending my money. That the event is supposedly bugged and i'm supposed to just sit here and accept it. I feel like i've been scammed. I really hope Oasis just let this go and let the event just be server based. It wont hurt them when they have put ninjas in events like lucky wheel and wheel of fortune and players get 20k valued ninjas for 200 coupons. And this event you have to spend atleast 10k ingots to quailfy. I believe in Oasis and I hope they come through.

I did not participate in the event, but I do think that Oasis need to seriously compensate the affected players by making this even a server/merged server event only just this time. Although the matter does not affect me directly, seeing how many people are dissatisfied is surely going to affect the company and entire game community. It is problems like this (lack of decent communications and treating customers poorly) that cause players to leave and games to shut down.

Beware if you want rank 1 .. .S1 right now rank 1 has 1.5k point already
