Hi guys.I saving my coupons for HK minato almost 23-25 days.I have already 2 frags for now.I will take 70-72 frags in General Mission events until next wednesday.I wonder Minato is come again events ?Because I can not recruit him.And I dont have money for him.(recharge ingot).What Should I do? And Oasis , please put Minato any events next week.Give me advice.Thank you.

Minato has been in a lot of events recently. You should be able to see him around soon enough (this does not imply next week) if Oasis keeps the current trend up with him. Just be patient with it.
