I tried using 2 accounts and it still on same result = Exceed Error. Am I the only one having this problem? - And for the connection is stable - any idea? Techs are already checking the problem. So far it's only HK region that is affected.

the only thing that will let me finish my mission mobilization today is the arena..it would be a shame if a missed those because of this bug.

Well, you can delete your Arena Missions and get some "Complete 1 or 10 Plot/Elite Instances Missions" for you to finish your Mobilization Event today .. You only need 100 Stamina for that and i believe you have atleast 2 pieces of Normal Pots or 10 Medium Pots in your Inventory ..
