4th Raikage skill breakthrough and edo kakuzu should be nerfed as soon as possible LOL
even regular tobi got nerfed along time ago in our english server, more over that broken unbalanced 4th raikage and edo kakuzu. Lets hope english oasis is not stup1d enough to bring that broken skill breakthrough to our english server.
Maybe after we get Edo Kakuzu. Because Earth Grudge Kakuzu isn't reanimated, you can tell by his eyes, tags, and clothing.
Though, on the regards to nerfing them....hmm... 4th Raikage is a super, though...well, we'll have to wait and see.
